At Cards of Distinction, we aim to deliver your order quickly and securely so your cards arrive in perfect condition.

UK Delivery

We offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:

Royal Mail 2nd Class

  • Standard delivery option
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days
  • Ideal for standard greeting card orders

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders placed after working hours or on weekends will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Notes

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as Christmas or public holidays
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, but we will always help where possible

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Items

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe:

  • For Royal Mail 2nd Class: please allow up to 7 working days
  • For Tracked Delivery: please allow up to 5 working days
